James first entered the voice industry in 2005 as a NOC Engineer at VoiceNext supporting B2B hosted IP-PBX solutions. Next stop was as a Senior Network Engineer at Reynwood Communications where James became responsible for network design, as well as, product support. Before landing at GCS in 2013, James concluded his term at Reynwood as Director, Wholesale VOIP.

His experience in the day to day operations and sales support efforts, within both carrier and vendor environments, has enabled him to maximize customer benefits on the GCS platform while assisting in advancing the GCS tool set for the future.

James resides in Central New Jersey where he enjoys golf, hiking, power sports and any activity that may bring him outdoors away from his desk!
